Positions Available:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
● Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
● Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
● Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
● Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:
● Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
● CPR certification.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
● Develop and implement individualized care plans.
● Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
● Supervise LPNs and PCAs to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications:
● Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
● BLS certification.
● Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
● Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Responsibilities:
● Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
● Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
● Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Completion of PCA training program preferred.
● Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
