All ServicesOur care process begins with a careful initial assessment to understand your child's unique medical needs. We then arrange a home visit with you and your family. During this visit, our experienced team takes the time to thoroughly evaluate your child's specific requirements. We listen attentively to your concerns and review your child's medical history. This allows us to work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized care plan.
Once we've created a care plan that's right for your child, we'll handle all the paperwork and submit it to Medicaid. The review process usually takes place within 30 days, and we'll keep you updated and answer any questions you might have during this time.
After Medicaid approves your child's nursing services, we carefully select caregivers and nurses who best match your child's needs. Our team keeps detailed care notes in our secured files, ensuring consistent, high-quality care. To support this, a supervisory nurse makes regular visits during care hours, overseeing the process and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
