Gentle Care Home Services provides a range of in-home nursing and personal care services to support children and young adults with special medical needs. Our licensed CNAs, LPNs, and RNs are available seven days a week to assist with medical needs, like G-tube feedings, trach care, and ventilator support, as well as essential daily living tasks. We also offer specialized care for wheelchair-bound individuals and medically fragile youth up to age 21. Based in Augusta, GA, we are committed to providing safe, dependable, and compassionate support, helping families manage their children's unique needs with confidence.
