We're looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Georgia. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Supervise LPNs and PCAs to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
BLS certification.
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of PCA training program preferred.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
